Learning objects are digital modules of information that can be used and re-used to support learning activities. Learning objects usually consist of smaller units of learning, typically ranging from 2 minutes to 15 minutes so they make great Content Activities. You can find existing learning objects through databases such as Merlot, OER Commons, Wisconsin Online Resource Center,and SOL*R. In addition, you can work with our Multimedia Developer to create custom learning objects, such as the following Metrology, Liquid Ring, and Alternating Current examples.
