What is it?

Lesson Plans are tools to help educators structure, plan, and organize a lesson.  Applying UDL principles to lesson plans includes using active learning strategies, accessible documents and presentations, and providing students with the resources and strategies they need to be successful.

What are the benefits?

Creating a lesson plan using Universal Design for Learning principles helps you meet multiple learning styles, needs, and preferences. It helps you reach more students in your classroom and create an inclusive classroom where all students benefit.

What UDL principle does it meet?
